Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat Carefully

  Place the hat in its original protective box to prevent crushing during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your account within 5-7 business days.
